Russ is a Licensed General Contractor and certified Crane Operator in Washington State. He has been in the construction industry since 1994 where he began as a Crane Operator. As a journeyman crane operator he worked on many large building and bridge projects, Monroe Street Bridge being one of the bridges. Russ continued to work heavy construction for 12 years before deciding to become an entrepreneur and venture off to start Boucher Construction, LLC. Our company is a small business that generally employs between 2-5 people depending on the size of the job, and we are affiliated with the Operating Engineers Local 370.
