Russ Boucher is a licensed general contractor and certified crane operator in Washington State. He has been in the construction industry since 1993, when he began working for the Operating Engineers, Local 370, as a crane operator. As a journeyman crane operator, he worked for 12 years in the field perfecting his skills.

Russ has worked on many industrial projects, including the Spokane Airport Parking Garage, the Kibby Dome, and many Washington State University buildings. Russ’ favorite local project before starting Boucher Construction LLC, was the completion of the Monroe Street Bridge, where he worked as a crane operator on the bridge for over two years.

Nick Boucher is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington. As an officer of the Company, Nick provides consulting services on our day-to-day operations and on our overall strategy. He brings his experience spent in public and private accounting. A native of Spokane, Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University.
